What you can expect

Day 1

Upon arrive in Siem Reap where you will be met by your personal tour guide. You will then be transferred to your confirmed hotel. In the afternoon you will visit Preah Khan temple which was as a university. This will be followed by a Sunset drink on the moat of Angkor Thom away from the crowds, watching the horizon in dreaming bliss.

Day 2 (B)

Today visit the large temple of Ta Prom. This is in a natural state, due to the fact that it has been left untouched rather than being restored. The jungle has reclaimed the temple, with huge tree trunks and vines snaking around the centuries-old stonework. You will end the tour at the north part of this temple. You will be walking on path experiencing the bird singing and being part of a very rare temple tour visited by only a few, The Ta Nei temple. You will have breakfast provided on the trip. In the afternoon, you will visit the South gate of Angkor Thom with your choice to walk on eight meters high wall of Angkor Thom compound from the south to north-east. your driver will be stand by for you for continued exploration of Bayon, Baphoun, Pimeanakhas, Elephant and The Leper King Terrace.

Day 3 (B, L)

One day tour you will be driven to Tonle Sap lake, The largest lake in South-east Asia and also the world’s top fresh water fishery, you will visit one of the authentic stilled village and the largest populated floating villages ( Kompong Kleang or Kompong Pluk). A picnic lunch is included. In the afternoon you will head to Beng Mealea temple which used to be a huge trade city but now remains in the remote countryside.

Day 4 (B)

Early morning enjoy sunrise at Angkor Wat then explore in those early hours a bit after the sunrise, your personal tour guide will assist with best shot. In the afternoon, take a tour of the countryside around Siem Reap. Just a short distance from the archaeological wonders of Angkor, there is a different, living history. Lifestyles in the countryside around Siem Reap have changed little since the temples were built over 1,000 years ago, but with new roads opening up the countryside this way of life may soon be gone forever. The tour today will explore this disappearing way of life, taking you to rice paddies, woodlands and gardens outside the city travelling on foot, and Ox-cart, enabling you to reach places where mass tourism has not encroached. Along the way you will be able to buy seasonal fruits, try sticky rice in bamboo tubes, and get hands-on experience of the essential rural skills of the Rice harvest, Thatching, Fishing and Cooking simple meals over a open fire.  The afternoon will end in a quiet spot to watch local children wash their buffalo, playing and laughing as they jump from bridges into the stream. With a cold drink in hand you can relax and watch the sun set over the rice paddies, As the evening draws in you will be taken to visit the house of a local family for A home-cooked dinner including one bottle of beer or soft drink and one bottle of water. Enjoy the meal together with your host family. This is a memorable experience!.

Day 5 (B)

Fly to Phnom Penh, Cambodia’s bustling capital and once called the “Pearl of Asia”. In the afternoon, visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and the notorious Khmer Rouge Killing Fields. The exhibits at these sites are graphic, and may cause distress among some visitors.

Day 6 (B)

Weaving through Phnom Penh’s colorful streets, explore some of our favorite hidden gems by traditional transportation method: the Cyclo. In the afternoon, begin visiting some of Cambodia’s remarkable sites, including the National Museum, the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom.

Day 7 (B, L, D)

Morning pick up at hotel then transfer to Sihanouk ville with car and driver only and boat to Song Saa Private Island, Tucked away in the untouched pristine Koh Rong Archipelago. Retired to your own private villa with a stunning sunset backdrop for your luxurious hideaway.
