After pickup from your Siem Reap hotel, travel by tuk-tuk to the venue for your cooking class—a traditional rural village just outside of the city. Meet your host, a local chef, and set out to explore the village, stopping at a family home to gain insight into local life, customs, and cooking traditions.
Your cooking class takes place in a nearby pavilion, where you’ll have your own cooking station and equipment. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, learn to prepare fresh fruits and vegetables, master the art of cooking the perfect rice, and discover popular local ingredients such as coconut leaves, sugar cane, and exotic spices. 
Finally, sit down to enjoy your home-cooked lunch, with three delicious courses accompanied by an cold beer or soft drink. At the end of your meal, your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
