Start from Phnom Penh then stop for a somber for a short relax and to explore the Killing Fields, before drive on to Banteay Meas, and the start our of cycling on quiet country roads to Kep, Cambodia's prestigious beach resort of during 60 decade that is reawakening to its former glory, overnight at your selected accommodation.
You will cycle directly from the hotel to visit a cave temple then ride on through picturesque fishing villages, to the town of Kampot. After lunch we ride into Ream National Park - known for mangrove forests and miles of secluded beaches, overnight at accommodation near the beach.
After a seaside breakfast you will have an easy start as riding to the trail head to start some riding through the jungle on ox cart trails. It's a short ride to the pier where you meet our boat to take us back to the beach. In the afternoon you will have a 3 hour transfer to the village of Chi Phat, overnight at homestay at Chi Phat.
Today, you ride off road trails at Chi Phat, through rivers and over fallen logs, with the trail varying from soft and sandy to wet and muddy - stopping at waterfalls to cool off, overnight at homestay.
You will ride to Trapueng Rung on a tarmac road that undulates slightly and is flanked by rainforest and paddy fields. We'll stop for a picnic lunch along the way to Tatai waterfall, the end of our riding for the day. Here a boat will pick us up and transfer us via the Kep River to our bungalows nestled on the edge of the Cardoman Mountains, overnight.
Today is free to explore the river by kayak, on a hike organized by the lodge or on a boat trip to the waterfalls. The other option is to relax by the river and let life slow down, overnight.
After a full day free explore, you ride to the town of Koh Kong and the border with Thailand and say good bye to our Cambodian crew. You will be met by our Thai guides who will transfer us to our hotel for the evening, end services.
